Head of Finance

You'll be responsible for all financial aspects of our fast-growing business, including financial planning, budgeting, investor relations, and model preparation for future fundraising. This position offers an excellent opportunity to drive change and create value within our dynamic, growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and execute all company financial operations, including revenue forecasting, cost modeling, budgeting, A/R, A/P, cash management, and more.
2. Report directly to and support the CEO with financial plans and models.
3. Lead financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and fundraising.
4. Manage relationships with partners, investors, and financial institutions.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in financial management roles, with startup experience a must.
3. Strong knowledge of risk management and forecasting methods.
4. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
