Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Expert to join Popl as a key player in our mission to enhance and streamline our SaaS platform, Popl Teams. As the Salesforce Expert, you will be instrumental in creating high-level Salesforce (SFDC) systems to integrate seamlessly with Popl Teams, ensuring optimal functionality and performance. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing our SFDC systems, scaling existing processes, and accelerating the growth of our SaaS platform, Popl Teams.

Key Responsibilities:

SFDC System Development: Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce systems to enhance the functionality of the pipeline for Popl Teams customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and build out our Salesforce systems.

Integration Strategies: Develop and execute strategies for building Salesforce dashboards, reports and more, ensuring a cohesive and efficient user experience. Identify and implement best practices for data synchronization and workflow automation.

Data Management: Implement robust data management processes within Salesforce to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Work closely with our in-house data teams to define data architecture and maintain data integrity.

User Training and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams on Salesforce usage, ensuring that all team members and sales people can effectively utilize the system to enhance their workflows.

Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand business requirements and ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Proven experience as a Salesforce Expert, with a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing Salesforce systems and dashboards. Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and experience in scaling Salesforce systems for 8-9 figure businesses. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, and administration. Experience with data modeling and designing efficient data structures within Salesforce. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Highly organized and easily adapt to change. Entrepreneurial, self-starter, and thrive in fast-paced environments. A curious mind with a strong desire to leverage creative problem-solving skills Salesforce certifications are a plus
