About the role

About Rippling: Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.

Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.

Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.

About the role: As Rippling expands globally we are looking to hire an experienced, hands-on, payments partnerships leader that will be based out of our San Francisco or New York offices. What you will need -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree is a plus. -8 to 10+ years of proven, relevant experience managing payment partners at a multinational corporation, corporate or investment bank, financial services firm, or similar experience at a fintech company (startup or later stage).
-Prior industry experience in business development, partner management, or financial operations with financial institutions is a plus -Deep knowledge of domestic and international payment methods and value chain associated with the global payments industry -An ability to think creatively and thrive in a dynamic, but often ambiguous environment Self-starter with excellent time management skills -Excellent communication skills with demonstrated experience working with senior leadership -Organized, attentive to detail, and intellectually curious
