Strategic Account Executive

We are seeking a talented and passionate Strategic Account Executive to join us on our mission to simplify the employee benefits market for the benefit of families.

As an early revenue hire, you will be instrumental in developing and converting sales opportunities. You will own everything on the sales funnel from identifying prospects, generating meetings, providing product demonstrations, and winning business. You will be held to weekly and monthly key performance indicators as well as a quota.

This is a growth opportunity in a highly entrepreneurial firm where you will have a major hand in developing our sales process, crystallizing our value proposition, and expanding our sales team. By joining our exceptional team early on, you will have significant impact at scale and further our mission to deliver better health and financial outcomes for employees and their families.

While not a requirement, experience selling to the insurance carrier and broker channels is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation, cold calling, and meetings with C-level buyers. Become an expert in Pasito; demonstrating a deep understanding of our products' functionality, features, and their impact on clients and the benefits market overall. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and follow-up materials to engage and convert prospects to clients. Drive negotiations and ensure the successful execution of partnership agreements. Meet monthly KPIs and quota

Requirements

5-10 years of demonstrable success in a sales role, particularly within SaaS and/or insurance sales A natural people person who is passionate about building relationships Exhibit a relentless drive to identify, pursue, and close new deals. Exceptional presentation and pitching skills; you will need to call on C-level corporate leaders with comfort and professionalism Thrives in a team environment, contributing positively to collective goals. A clear, empathetic, and proactive communicator
