Product Manager

Koko Home is seeking a dynamic creative-minded individual to take ownership of key deliverables in planning and executing on critical product design and specification elements. Be a part of a team responsible for seamlessly integrating technology to elevate the overall patient experience of our remote monitoring care delivery platform. This role is crucial for both the strategy and facilitation of all digital product lines. You will work directly with our President and Chief Innovation Officer.

The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic acumen, product management expertise, and an understanding of the digital healthcare landscape. You will need to be a self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while taking on multiple projects and adapting to the changing needs of customers and patients.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Ownership: Take charge of specific product domains, delving deep into use cases, features, and future roadmaps. Articulate findings, complete with analysis and recommendations, garnered from clients, client-facing teams, and engineering, to drive strategic decisions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Foster collaborative relationships with internal development teams, ensuring alignment on product requirements and objectives. Facilitate planning meetings, guiding engineering staff, and engaging with end-users and internal stakeholders to articulate concepts and timelines.
• Product Development Excellence: Drive the development of product requirements, ensuring meticulous documentation and alignment with evolving project needs. Act as a catalyst in discussions and decision-making processes, navigating challenges and clearing obstacles for seamless progress.
• Innovative Problem Solving: Identify blockers, proactively resolve bottlenecks, and ensure continuous project momentum. Uphold a keen eye for UI/UX design, emphasizing attention to detail to enhance user experience significantly.

Qualifications:

• Seasoned Expertise: With over 3 years in product-related roles within healthcare-driven software companies, demonstrate a track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
• Organizational Acumen: Known for exceptional organizational and project management skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently with high productivity and efficiency.
• Collaborative Spirit: Embody a team-oriented approach, working harmoniously with peers and supporting teammates. Display empathy, understanding others' perspectives, and fostering an environment conducive to mutual growth and success.
• Technological Proficiency: Experience with project management tools such as Trello, JIRA, and familiarity with agile methodologies. Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch. Ability to craft functionality and product specifications.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Passion for leveraging technology to transform healthcare delivery.

Additional Information

• We are only interviewing candidates located in Palo Alto/San Jose or Los Angeles.
• Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
