Position: Founding Platform Engineer

As Dili’s Founding Platform Engineer, you will have a formative impact on our core product infrastructure. Your role is pivotal in implementing robust, scalable systems that empower our document extraction capabilities and handle complex integrations.

Responsibilities

• Data Pipeline Architecture: Develop and optimize a document extraction pipeline, processing materials such as pitch decks and financial documents with high accuracy and speed.

• Integration Development: Engineer connections to third-party systems and data sources, including enterprise software like Box, ShareFile, and Pitchbook.

• Infrastructure Engineering: Spearhead the deployment architecture, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security. Strategize on-premises deployment solutions tailored to enterprise needs.

• Best Practices and Observability: Institute leading strategies for monitoring and maintaining platform health, especially when utilizing language models in a production environment.

• Our framework includes technologies like Django, Docker, Terraform, and AWS.

Location Preferences

• We enjoy the hybrid work model, mixing in-person collaboration with remote flexibility. Our office is located in Union Square and we meet 2-3x a week. We're on the lookout for candidates who appreciate this balance.
