Junior Product/Growth/Ops Manager (🇬🇧 Full-Time Position)
About the role
Yhangry is a marketplace for finding a local chef to cook for any occasion. Whether that's a birthday dinner, a hen party, or a Christmas dinner. The chef brings the groceries, cooks and serves, and even does the clean up after. We currently work with 1000 chefs across the UK with prices from £30pp for casual dining or £500pp for celebrity chef experiences. We are disrupting the catering industry in the same way Airbnb has disrupted the hotel industry.
📍 Location: Working in our London office 1-2x per week

We are looking for someone to own chef acquisition. This is a very fun role, with immediate impact, lots of ownership, and autonomy to define the playbook for how we acquire, onboard, and support chefs. Chefs are the core of our business so this is an incredibly high-impact role.
Responsibilities: You will be responsible for acquiring chefs, however, you’ll be working at the intersection of operations, product, and growth.
- Lead generation: Test different channels for finding chefs
- Onboarding: Help chefs who have created an account to profile completion to booking their fist job.
- Product feedback and ideas to make it better for chefs (and thus customers) - gamifying the onboarding process, using AI to help chefs save time when writing menus etc.
- Data analysis: Determine where we need more chefs, where we have enough chefs, and therefore need more customers - typical marketplace dynamic where you have too many chefs and too few customers or the other way around!
Requirements:
