Company Overview:

At Kyber, we’re building the first Generative AI automation platform for the Insurance Industry.

Our mission is to drive 100x operational efficiencies through the Insurance Industry. In doing so, we believe we can return insurance back to its core purpose - acting as a safety net in times of need.

Arvind Sontha signed full-time with Google at 19 and was previously an ML Tech Lead for Google Search’s User Modeling Platform. Sav Gadoo was previously the Director of Product for Ladder Life and Next Insurance.

Kyber is backed by Y Combinator (Airbnb, Stripe, Dropbox) and a number of other top Silicon Valley VCs and angels.

We are looking for our first Growth hire to join us in New York to build the automation platform of the future.

Responsibilities

  1. Cold Email Strategies:

    • Devise, execute, and test cold email strategies to generate leads and drive engagement.
    • Optimize email campaigns to achieve maximum open and conversion rates.
  2. Content Development:

    • Create compelling content for email marketing, website and other platforms.
    • Collaborate with co-founders to develop messaging that resonates with our target audience.
  3. Sales Activities:

    • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
    • Work closely with the co-founders to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition.
  4. Growth Opportunities

    • While focussing on the above mentioned primary responsibilities, this role will provide exposure to other marketing related activities like leading sales calls and account management, Public relations, Social media management amongst others.

Qualifications

  1. Experience:

    • 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing, preferably in the technology/SaaS sector.
    • Demonstrated success in testing, iterating, and running marketing campaigns.
  2. Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in developing engaging and persuasive content.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
  3. Interpersonal:

    • Proven ability to work independently and take initiative.
    • Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
    • Confident and articulate communicator, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to represent the company in client interactions and industry events.
  4. Tech Savvy:

    • Familiarity with AI and technology solutions is a plus.
    • Comfortable learning and understanding complex technical concepts.
    • Familiar with Sales, Marketing & CRMs platforms like Hubspot, Apollo.
