1.	Online Questions: As the first step in our comprehensive evaluation process, candidates are expected to answer a series of online questions. These questions are designed to assess both their technical knowledge and their problem-solving abilities. It’s a crucial phase as it helps us filter the most promising candidates who have the potential to thrive in our organization.
2.	Meet with the CEO: After the initial screening, the selected candidates are invited to have a one-on-one meeting with our CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for both the candidate and the company to gauge if there’s a mutual fit. The CEO will delve deep into the candidate’s past experiences, aspirations, and how they align with our company’s mission and values.
3.	Sales Simulation with the CEO: In this stage, candidates are required to participate in a sales simulation activity, directly overseen by the CEO. This is a real-world test of their skills, where they must demonstrate their ability to handle sales scenarios, tackle objections, and present solutions. It’s a pivotal stage, as it reflects the candidate’s practical competence.
