Blue Onion is revolutionizing accounting by unifying order, payment, and cash flow data in a single platform that automates reconciliation and revenue reporting. We are seeking talented accountants with deep expertise in the problems we are solving and relationship management skills to assist our customers in adopting new processes. What You’ll Do
Manage technical accounting relationships with enterprise customers
Help scale the customer experience team to meet the needs of customers of all sizes
Mentor the customer experience team on technical support questions and help them guide customers on new workflow adoption
Assist with urgent customer requests and escalate as needed
Support the sales team by demonstrating our software and providing technical accounting context for prospects
Advise customers on best practices for implementing the Blue Onion platform
Help to build a customer-facing knowledge base and in-app tooltips to help customers learn and use the platform
Maintain a deep understanding of the Blue Onion application and functionality
Advocate for the customer internally, helping shape our products to meet accountants’ needs
Provide technical product support and answer accounting-related questions
Required Skills

You love working with others and teaching others new ways of doing things
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 7+ years of accounting experience, ideally with a combination of Big 4 and industry experience
E-commerce experience is a plus
Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously, prioritize open issues, and manage multiple deadlines
Work independently, and as part of a larger team, to utilize your industry experience and creativity in creating customer solutions
Experience with complex workflow automation and reconciliation platforms; a technical background is preferred but not necessary
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation $100,000 - 140,000, commensurate with experience
