For startups, this is essentially a recruiting-department-in-a-box they can plug in to immediately uplevel their recruiting. With larger companies, we work alongside individual hiring managers to provide them with a miniature personal recruiting department. Our big realization was that recruiting is really 10% strategic work and 90% administrative work -we've built a product that helps hiring teams with the 10% strategic work while automating the 90% of tedious work in a white-glove, high-touch way to create an amazing candidate experience. But since our product is totally white-labeled, to candidates it looks like the client company is really on top of their hiring process.
Backend engineers are building the core of our products in a spectacularly robust fashion. As a backend engineer, you will design and build platforms, services, and configurable and scalable models. You will partner with many functions at Dover, with the opportunity to both works on infrastructure/platform systems as well as produce direct user-facing business impact. We’re looking to grow our backend engineering team. You’re comfortable dealing with multiple moving pieces and effectively working cross-team and cross-functional collaborations. You’re looking forward to learning new technologies, systems, and problem domains.
