Novel, a rapidly expanding start-up in the modern financial infrastructure sector, is seeking its first Product Manager. This role involves:

Setting product strategy vision.
Engaging with customers for insights.
Scoping features and collaborating with engineers.
Managing day-to-day sprints.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and roadmap development.
Collaborate with the CEO on product vision.
Translate roadmap into detailed sprints.
Ensure smooth progress in sprints and hold engineers accountable.
Organize and lead product demos.
Work closely with engineers on feature scoping.
Review work and provide feedback for high-quality customer experiences.
Identify product improvements from customer sessions.
Engage with customers for insights and expectations.
Maintain a clean and updated scrum board.

We're Looking For

Proven experience in product management at a startup.
Strong attention to detail and excellent product design/UX skills.
High work ethic and organizational skills.
Technical proficiency and experience working with engineers.
Comfort in customer interactions.
(Nice to have) Fintech domain knowledge and early-stage startup experience.
