Role Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment efforts, from drafting job postings to onboarding new hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct initial interviews and schedule follow-up interviews efficiently.
Process Enhancement and Efficiency
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline internal processes, enhance communication, and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Take the initiative to propose and implement solutions that address these opportunities and contribute to the startup's growth.
Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain seamless daily operations.
- Ensure a well-organized and productive workspace, making it conducive to a dynamic startup environment.
Meeting Coordination
- Coordinate meetings and appointments, including arranging conference rooms and catering when required.
- Facilitate smooth scheduling to maximize productivity and time management for the leadership team.
Project Tracking
- Track and manage projects and initiatives, ensuring timely updates and progress reports.
- Keep stakeholders informed about project developments.
Reporting and Presentation
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the leadership team, contributing to informed decision-making.
Finance and Payroll Assistance
- Collaborate with the finance team to support payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payments.
- Address payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly and with precision.
Company Culture and Engagement
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities, fostering a positive and vibrant company culture.
HR and Legal Liaison
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the legal department to follow up on pending tasks, contracts, and compliance matters.
- Ensure all legal documentation and agreements are processed, filed, and maintained in compliance with regulations.
Document Organization
- Maintain meticulous organization of all company documents, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Continuously identify operational gaps and take proactive steps to address them, contributing to the startup's efficiency and success.
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- High level of ownership and proactive problem-solving abilities.
