The Area VP of Strategic Sales will be responsible for building and leading a team of high-performing Strategic Account Executives. This position will hire, train, coach, and manage the team to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
Your team will be responsible for researching, breaking into, closing, and managing the largest mortgage lenders in the US. You will assess what’s currently working well and what needs to be improved and work with the broader team to implement such improvements. You will optimize the sales process including call and opportunity planning while driving consistency across the team. You will be working alongside the team and leading from the front.
The right person for this role will bring expertise in scaling a high-performance strategic sales team. You are a strategic thought leader that is naturally curious, empathetic, with an incredible drive. Someone who gets energy from taking on and delivering against big targets and is constantly finding new strategies to achieve goals.
