About the role

We are looking for a Formulation Scientist to join our small and mission-driven team. You will create treatment solutions to be delivered to millions of users from a first-of-its-kind telehealth + e-commerce platform, and play a vital role in building out a fun and inclusive team.

The best fit:

MPharm (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent degree required
Smart and knowledgeable in cosmeceutical manufacturing
Knack for formulations especially in personal care, skin care and hair care
Knows all about Technology transfer + R&D
Can rapidly build and scale a scientific team
Has worked with notable brands

You Will:

Create Rx grade cosmeceutical formulae
Work with our team of in-house doctors to envision condition-specific solutions
Restock lab supplies
Maintain experimental results for our pilot studies
Generate new product ideas
Create rapid prototypes, dye solutions for color matching
Make samples for doctor testing
Supervise production batches
Solve stability problems
Assist in writing product concepts
Present new technologies to non-scientists
