Founding Creative Lead (Americas, Remote)
About the role
What You'll Do:
- Oversee our content plan, manage the drafting process, liaise with medical advisors for content accuracy, and collaborate with our engineers to bring it to life.
- Craft engaging post titles and design header images for our content. Create a reusable call-to-action collateral.
- Collaborate with our engineers on the creation of new UI components for our web and mobile apps
- Establish and maintain social media channels, ensuring regular content updates.
- Develop monthly infographics to showcase user statistics and allergy trends.
- Gather and report go-to-market analytics for SEO, SEM, app and test user activity, and social media insights.
What We're Looking For:
- A creative mind with great taste and attention to detail detail.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Figma.
- Ability to project manage and coordinate with diverse teams.
- Experience in leading creative projects and content strategy.
Bonus Points For:
- A portfolio showcasing your previous design projects
- Prior UI / UX experience, particularly in a mobile context
- Prior analytics and marketing experience.
- Experience with SEO and SEM strategies.
- Familiarity with social content strategies
- HTML / CSS experience

Environmental Allergies Management Suite
Ally helps people to manage their environmental allergies. With Ally, people can discover what they are allergic to and determine the best care plan.
It all starts with our At-home allergy test. We send it to your home, and with a prick of blood, our labs learn what you are allergic to. This then personalizes the Ally app, which helps you track and manage your allergies. For example, you can know which days are worse based on location and symptoms. Ally acts as an AI-powered allergies coach. You can also learn from a community of other people with similar allergies what works best for them.
Fifty million people in the US suffer from environmental allergies. It's forecasted that by 2050, the number of people globally who suffer from this will eclipse one billion!
