About The Role
Reality Defender seeks an Applied Scientist, Computer Vision to work on product-oriented cutting-edge deep learning approaches for generative image and video detection.
Responsibilities
Develop and train state-of-the-art deep learning models for classification problems in computer vision and image synthesis.
Independently implement and evaluate ideas on modern deep learning stack - Python, PyTorch, and GPU-enabled cloud compute, like AWS.
Collaborate with fellow scientist and engineers across the organization.
About You
PhD degree in Computer Science with relevant publications.
In-depth understanding of deep learning research and experience with (1) Neural networks - CNNs, ViTs (2) Deep generative learning like GANs and Diffusion (3) Signal-processing, and image forensics or (4) Temporal modeling and image/video codecs.
You have implemented and/or published papers at top AI research venues CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, etc.
Excellent software development skills.
Team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.

You will help create an AI-first state-of-the-art scalable platform that supports multiple AI models processing thousands of user uploaded videos, images and audio files per day in real time.
