Fleek is a B2B Marketplace for wholesale second hand fashion. We enable professional resellers and retail stores to buy from vintage clothing suppliers around the world. We are backed by top Silicon Valley VCs like Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), Y Combinator, and more.

Fleek is a set of funky individuals who find unity in diversity with the single mission of helping sustainability, promoting circular fashion while building a beautiful product experience.

Our 35 people team consists of ex-YC founders leading our engineering effort, ex-Uber & Doordash folks leading our operations and supply strategy. Alongside our Growth team is lead by folks who went to Cambridge, Oxford and UC Berkeley.

Business challenge

Fleek is a cross-border video commerce platform. As a recruiting lead your role is to solve business growth problems. We at Fleek believe every person solves for core business metrics! From building realtime streaming for efficient video commerce, to building a payment stack scaling with 20+ countries (yes we are Global already. You will have impact the business from Demand, Supply to Operations!

Requirements

As a recruiting lead your role will have following responsibilities:

• Building a technical hiring strategy for all roles related to Product, Design, Engineering, Machine Learning, Product Analysts and Data Scientist
• Ability to run a hiring pipeline from understanding key business metrics to sourcing to co-ordinating all the way to closing the role
• Building brand equity to help foster a flywheel for hiring
• Helping build a referral engine and hosting events to attract the best talent possible
• Hiring for their own team where needed to scale hiring This role will be in the office of the CTO and you will be working closely with them to ensure a smooth hiring process.
