About the role

This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing revenue-driving strategies for PiinPoint. The candidate should have a strong understanding of the B2B technology space and Account Based Marketing and apply this knowledge to create programs, campaigns, and activations that increase awareness of PiinPoint’s service offerings and create demand within our target audience - our Ideal Customer Profile.

Our new account growth focus is around our US go-to-market for 2024 and beyond while maintaining and growing our presence in Canada.

The successful candidate will also be passionate about leveraging marketing and sales-related technology while understanding and maximizing its impact on our Account Based Marketing content and campaigns. This role works closely with the other members of the PiinPoint Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, as well as external agencies and vendors, to fuel our inbound and outbound sales efforts. This position reports directly to the CEO, offering an incredible opportunity to articulate the essence of PiinPoint further, develop a robust ABM marketing program from the ground up, and build a career alongside our world-class team.

In this role, we expect the Demand Generation Marketing Manager will lead our entire marketing efforts from creating B2B content, managing and coordinating outbound and inbound ABM communications programs to drive a highly qualified sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands and can apply Account-based and Demand Generation Marketing strategies
  • Leads and contributes to strategic planning and hands-on implementation of marketing, sales and account-based campaigns including messaging, content planning and creation, nurture programs, emails, landing pages, website, blogs, sales collateral and enablement, client case studies, and meetings and events.
  • Works with PiinPoint Business Development and Sales teams to create sales outreach strategies, programs and messaging leveraging our enablement tech stack.
  • Sets, measures, tracks and reports on marketing contribution and program goals and analyzes the success of campaigns and programs, optimizing where needed
  • Supports development, and maintenance of social media (LinkedIn and YouTube channels) and website presence, ensuring postings and blogs are frequent, relevant and consistent to the corporate branding and messaging strategy.
  • Serves as a project manager to the PiinPoint marketing team, ensuring timelines are set and met for program development and resources are aligned to accomplish program tasks
  • Collaborates and coordinates with external Agencies / Partners for strategic planning and initiative execution
  • Collaborates with CS and Sales Operations to improve data quality, reporting, and segmentation and proactively edits and advises on Ideal Customer Profiles
  • Proactively establishes and maintains scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
  • Manages select initiatives/campaigns and acts as a senior point of contact

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years in B2B marketing role with experience in demand generation campaign development, deployment and measurement, specifically around Account-based Marketing strategy and Go-to-market motions.
  • Strong strategic thinker with the ability and drive to implement and execute programs he/she helps to design and the ability to problem solve and make professional judgment decisions.
  • Proven leadership expertise, particularly in partnering with strategic marketing, and sales functions, and advising, developing and ensuring alignment on demand generation campaign strategy, execution and key KPIs
  • Proven track record of meeting ambitious pipeline targets and generating revenue.
  • Experience introducing a SaaS product to new markets.
  • Experience using and guiding the use of CRM platforms (Salesforce.com or Hubspot) as well as supporting integration with Sales & Marketing Automation platforms required, such as Pardot, Marketo, Google Analytics, and Google Adwords.
  • Experience in multi-channel campaigns, including SEM, display, email, social, and web.
  • Analytical skills, comfort with data analysis, and proficiency in marketing & sales software.
  • Hands-on experience with website strategy/management, data and analytics, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Strong organization and project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in growing traffic and revenue through content marketing, especially via LinkedIn Ads.
  • Team player with hard-wired “start-up” DNA (e.g. thrive in high volume, fast-paced environment with the best balance of empowerment and accountability)
  • Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Program Manager-level ability to plan, own and deliver critical path projects and communicate effectively while meeting deadlines.
